SOLUT.E.S.Agency is unfortunately not part of a government program related to immigration.
However, we can hire under certain conditions:
- If you are a permanent resident.
- If you are a temporary resident with an open work permit valid for a minimum of 6 months.
In addition, the SOLUT.E.S. Agency requires that all candidates with a degree from outside of Canada obtain their comparative evaluation from the Québec government.
If you do not meet any of the above requirements, unfortunately we cannot pursue your candidacy. (Please note that only candidates who meet the above criteria will be contacted).

Understanding Permanent Resident Status
A permanent resident is a person who has been given permanent resident status by immigrating to Canada, but is not a Canadian citizen. Permanent residents are citizens of other countries.
A person who is in Canada temporarily, such as a foreign student or temporary foreign worker, is not a permanent resident.
How to immigrate to Canada

There is a special agreement made between Canada and Québec in regards to permanent and temporary immigration. The province has its own rules for selecting immigrants who will adapt well to living in Québec.
