Accommodations can be provided by the client, or by SOLUT.E.S. for assignments in remote areas.
There are several types of accommodations: hotel room, apartment, loft, studio, or shared housing. In all types of lodging, we guarantee you a single room.
We have requests in several places such as: hospitals, CHSLDs, CLSCs, CRDIs, IRs, crisis centers, youth centers, and in home care. Â
Yes, the amount reimbursed will depend on the region(s). There is a maximum mileage allowance by the client.  Â
It will vary by sector: Down Syndrom, Autism Apectrum Disorder, ADHD and Disruptive Behavior Disorders, Mental Health. Psychiatry, Geriatric, Youth.
Salaries vary by job, region and sector.  The salary grid also varies according to the mandate.

A per diem is a bonus per day worked that is offered to pay for food and transportation costs once you are on site. It is granted in remote areas.Â
SOLUT.E.S. offers group insurance, as well as the possibility of contributing to a pension plan.  More information will be provided to you upon hiring.Â
While working with us, you will accumulate an amount on each paycheck. The number of available vacation days pertains to the standards imposed by the labour standards according to your hours worked and your seniority. Â
You will be an employee of SOLUT.E.S. Agency, and will contribute to the QPIP, PP, employment insurance, and you will be covered by CNESST.  Â
We are unable to guarantee hours. Our requests vary according to the needs of the centres, and there are many factors in play that are beyond our control. We do, however, have a wide range of full-time replacements available. The more flexible your availability, the more opportunities you will have.
All our employees are hired on a permanent basis at SOLUT.E.S. The mandates that will be offered to you will be on a temporary basis, either full-time or part-time.  Â
A temporary assignment is a schedule given over several days and/or weeks within the same setting. The assignment may have an end date, or it may not. It may be short or long term.  Â
The majority of our employees are set in one workplace for a period ranging from several weeks to several months depending on the needs of the centre .
It is possible to receive last minute urgent requests. Normally we have a bank of requests which reach us within a reasonable timeframe (24h to 48h). Furthermore, you will have access to it via our web platform. 
Assignments are tailored to your profile, your availability and your criteria. We try to match you to a position that best suits you.  Â

Please keep in mind that the more diverse your profile is, the more varied the availability. Also, the sooner you apply, the better your chances of finding a schedule that meets your needs.  Â

For occasional and day-to-day shifts, you can manage your availability and choose only the shifts that suit you.  Â
It is not mandatory to work on weekends, however, we do receive many requests for weekend shifts. In order to have a better chance of getting a long term assignment, it is strongly recommended to be available every other weekend.  Â
Yes, a minimum of two shifts per month is required.
You always have the right to refuse any assignment. Although, it is important to note that once you have accepted an assignment, it comes with obligations.
SOLUT.E.S. respects the labour standards in Québec which protects employees and allows them to take a leave of absence for specific reasons
A cancellation period of 8 to 24 hours prior to the start of a shift is required. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a penalty.
We have requests for various shifts according to the needs of the centres. 
Variable schedule depending on the mandate:
- Daytime: Between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm
- Evening: Between 2:00 pm and 12:00 am
- Night: Between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am
We have an employment contract with a non-competition clause. And our employees are permitted to have several employers. However, some clients require that our employees be dedicated to only one agency in their sector of activity. Therefore, it is up to the employee to decide on which agency he/she will work with.

With the ever changing status of the Covid-19 pandemic, workers must prepare for the long-term presence of the virus. By the nature of their work in the health and social services sector, employees hired by SOLUT.E.S. must be prepared to work while the pandemic is present, and if and when any other viruses arise.
 The agency's clinical department will make sure to keep you up-to-date on the latest measures concerning your work environment.
You must contact us as soon as possible! We will take the appropriate measures to deal with your situation, and you will have a follow-up with our clinical director specialized in Covid-19.

The majority of environments require the mandatory vaccination. Therefore, we must respect these conditions until further notice.
In accordance with the Ministerial Order 2021-017 of the Minister of Health and Social Services, a person who has an existing employment relationship with a CISSS or CIUSSS establishment is prohibited from working for an agency that may provide resources related to the health and social services field. However, you are permitted to work for an employment agency if you have an employment relationship with the CISSS or CIUSSS within a period of 90 days or more.
